Read moreWhat you see in the background is the water park. My family and I have been coming here for years and years. Absolutely one of the best values as far as Recreation is concerned. This is out in the Moses Lake area. When we first started going there it cost us $8 to get in per person but unless you've been there before you don't know that they will stamp your hand so that you can re-enter. If you have a cooler full of your own food they allow you to bring it in and they have little Grill stands in the back you can actually use to cook your food with as long as you bring your own charcoal. It's a great place to enjoy the day with your family when it's hot outside. We typically Camp just outside of Moses lake and then take the 20 minute drive and just enjoy our entire day here. If you have little ones or if you have older ones it's a wonderful place to share great memories with...
Read moreUsed to love this place as a kid. Really nice, fun park to play in. My parents never let us kids go alone, even though it was close. I understand now. This park is a central for drug deals and the homeless. I make sure to take glove and check the play ground before the kids play, knowing and usually finding at least 2-3 used needles in the slides. I NEVER let the kids use the bathroom, having once been robbed by a tweaker at knife point in them. Homeless people just linger around, hovering around ont tne grass. They loiter outside the bathrooms, in the parking losts, the amphitheater and playgrounds. Its very unsettling. Aesthetically, the park is very appealing. The trees are pretty, great for photographery. Common place for senior photos, wedding, engagement, etc. It's a pretty place. Just have to take the good...
