I'm regretting ever doing business with the Moses Lake store. I ended up buying a couch and chair from the Yakima store because the people here wouldn't order it for me. It was shipped down free and I opted to pick up and take home. When I got down to the store a young man explained he needed paperwork for me to sign and unfortunately the printer was being slow. Ok, that's understandable. The boys loaded the chair and couch up and off they went. I wait, 10 minutes go by. The loader comes back apologies and says he'll go check it out. He pops back in a says it'll be a bit. I say ok. I'm waiting again. He's getting fidgety and keeps checking the front. Finally I go up front (mind you this is NO fault of the loader, he checks the paperwork, loads things up and makes sure everything is signed. That's it.) Upfront, they apologize but then one of the male workers goes off about how its the loaders fault I can't leave yet? He was absolutely appallingly rude speaking about the other worker in front of a customer. I was shocked. I leave after signing but wasn't happy that he would ever speak about another person like that in front of a customer. Made me wonder how he was when no one else was around. Months go by and the lining on the chair tears. It hasn't been a year so I go back in to have it serviced. I'm told I'll get a phone call to confirm the service call. I say ok. I get a phone call but call the store to confirm a few questions on my part. I'm told I'll get a phone call to confirm an appointment. I say ok. The next day passes, no phone call all day. I head in after work to ask and one of the workers heads to the back to ask the service guy. Pops back up to say he'll give me a phone call but that he doesn't call before 15-45 minutes before? What? How does that even work. Whatever, I'm annoyed at this point but head home and wait for a phone call. Its 5:15-5:30, I get a knock on the door. Its the service guy from walkers. He goes "I'm here for a chair?" What? First of all, I didn't get a phone call like I've been told I was twice now, and second you can't at least say you're from walkers? I'm starting to feel really frustrated with this place now but hold off. Its not the service guys fault. He takes the chair and tells me it'll be a week. ok. So its been a week now and I haven't received a phone call or anything. No one has shown up, nothing. I call the store to ask and am told due to the weather he can't come down. OK that's understandable. My problem is you couldn't call? These people have been the MOST unprofessional people I have ever met. They don't do any follow-ups and frankly I don't think they could care less about their job. Every time I head in they are either standing around, sitting or on their phones. They could be getting in touch with their customers but I think they would rather stare off into space or blame each other for any mishaps. Will NOT be doing business again with...
Read moreMy husband and I moved to Moses Lake from Edmonds, Washington this summer. We are having our house built and are now in the process of purchasing a few furniture items that we will need. As a retired banker, I told my husband that I would like to support the local small business community.
Needless to say, my husband and I went to Walker’s in Moses Lake and were pleasantly surprised. First, the service level was outstanding; an expectation we’ve had since we’re from the “west side” of the state. Your employee, Amy Grant, was not only attentive, but she was a good listener. She understood our needs and the importance of choosing a small town to retire in; slower pace of life and comfort.
She not only was friendly, but was accommodating, empathetic and understood our needs. Then, she introduced us to the manager of the store, I believe his name was Jason. He too was so pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were able to find what we needed. And, what is really important is that they were flexible, understood our needs, worked with us and we left the store feeling happy, confident and satisfied. I personally was able to feel the trust building that is so needed in these kind of transactions.
We are delighted! It was a great experience to shop in your store. You have quality furniture, good prices and very flexible terms. The employees we worked with were attentive and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back for our other furniture needs. Thank you for your great service, attention to detail and overall friendliness. We are happy to be a part of...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stars Thanks, Casey! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Walker’s Furniture in Moses Lake, and I can’t recommend them enough! From the moment my parents and I walked in, our sales associate, Casey Pruitt, made us feel welcomed and valued. Casey greeted us promptly and was incredibly informative, guiding us through the process with expertise while giving us the perfect amount of space to browse and make decisions without feeling pressured. His patience and kindness truly stood out and made the entire experience enjoyable. I ended up purchasing a sectional, and Casey went above and beyond by personally calling to let me know it arrived earlier than expected. The delivery process was seamless— the delivery team was friendly, professional, and took the time to ensure I was happy with the placement of my new furniture. I was so pleased with the service that I decided to add an extra piece to extend the sectional, and the team made that process effortless. Walker’s Furniture, and especially Casey Pruitt, provided top-tier service from start to finish. If you’re looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer care, this is the place to go! Thank you for making my furniture-buying experience so memorable and...
