Purchased a few pieces last year. The owners Betsy and Brian are fantastic to do business with. We have decided to change our deck to composite this year and remembered they also do decks. Brian came out and talked to us about what we wanted. Prices can’t be beat. any other contractors I got quotes from tried to get me to do what they wanted to do instead of listening to us and what we wanted. We decided today with deck change in the near future we needed more furniture. There new store opened in the fall so we drove to Mount Joy to see what else we wanted. Do not recommend for custom orders. We placed an order 3/11/23 and we’re told it would be in within 6-8 weeks. Called numerous times for updates. Calls were not returned or if someone answered, were told they would check and call back but never did. At 13 weeks we were told it was ready but was in Indiana and they did not have anyone to pick it up. It finally arrived and when we went to pick it up, they had ordered the wrong style. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a custom picnic table on August 3rd of 2024. Since then, there has been little to no communication as to when this table would be done. I was originally told 8-10 weeks. We have now passed the 23 week mark and still no word on our table. It only took them 10 minutes to take my money, but as far as the completed project goes… crickets. Do not waste your time and money trying to deal with this company.
