Avoid this place at all costs. I would give it 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend was referred here by his primary care physician due to detected stomach bacteria and GI issues. The admin are extremely disorganized. It took a month for my boyfriend to get an appointment. As it got closer, he had to reach out to them 4 times for someone to finally respond and confirm his appointment. They told him they would send a video conference link 10 mins prior to his appt starting. They never sent the link so he had to call the office for them to finally send the link at the exact time his appt started. He then waited 30 mins for the doctor to jump on the call. After he took some tests the doctor ordered him, it came back positive for a bacterial infection. We waited a couple of days and no word from the doctor. It’s been 2 weeks now and the doctor nor anyone from his office has reached out regarding the positive test. There’s no way to reach out to him or message him directly either. Do not go here unless you want to get scammed and receive no responses from the doctor...

Try this facility!! Dr. Marcus was awesome! Supper patient, expert, friendly and professional. When I got in to his office, I saw many awards and certificates on the walls and I was impresses with his knowledge. I had my Endoscopy today with Dr. Marcus and his lovely team. I have been looking for a Endoscopy center since 2 months ago. But non of the doctors accepted me because I did not want to be on anesthesia. But Dr. Marcus accepted me while he knew it is going to be a difficult process. He talked with me during the operation, counting down the operation time, sharing step by step of the process..... It was supper easy and very quick. In 3-5 minutes he was done. I thought that he will let me go because I was not anesthesia and no monitoring was required after endoscopy. But he kept me there monitoring my blood pressure, heart rate and my general health. Long story short, I found my GI doctor finally and will stick to him for all GI...

As a healthcare provider myself, there's literally no adult Gastroenterology practice I'd trust more with my family members than Dr. Marcus and his team. As a patient myself for more than a decade I've found every appointment, whether it was an appointment or procedure with Dr. Marcus or a follow up with one of his Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to be thorough, informative, and I have always received excellent care. The front office staff have always been able to answer my questions, or get back to me after speaking with the doctor or provider. As a family member, I've observed Dr. Marcus and his staff to be compassionate and expert at what they do with challenging diagnoses. Really, I cannot give a higher recommendation if you or a family member are needing care with a highly experienced and qualified...
