Excellent place for biking, running and jogging! Lots of trees providing shade and cool breeze from lake makes it an ideal place for spring summer outings. We had a few families meeting for an unplanned picnic. The kids had a blast!! The lake is beautiful with options of Canoeing, pedal boating and sailing. The rental for an hour of canoeing and boat is ~25$. There are bicycle rentals available as well. There are a few trails available. None of the trails are difficult. While walking, be watchful of the bicycles. I found some of the riders were speeding well above 20 MPH. The only restaurant in the park (next to the nearest parking lot) serves good variety of food and drinks including ice cream!! Parking lot is quite big but it could be challenging to find a parking during weekends especially around noon time.
