He greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel instantly welcome. Despite managing multiple tasks and attending to numerous customers, he remained composed and attentive throughout my entire experience. His ability to balance efficiency with personalized service is truly commendable.

I have been renting out a locker unit for nearly a year and I cannot really think of anything that should/must be complained about. The front desk staff has always been kind and courteous and they make the rental process flow smoothly. The property consists of a one-way entrance and exit right on US-22 just down the street from the Spanish Tavern if you're heading East. The office space is off to the left when you enter and a tiny, 8 car parking lot is conveniently placed right in front of that. Built off of the office is a small storage area that can only be accessed from inside the compound. The only way into the buildings which house the storage units is dead ahead as soon as you enter the property. They are enclosed behind a tall, metal barred, electronic, black gate which requires key code entry created by the renter upon purchase of your desired unit. One must drive around to the back of the complex to gain access to all three buildings. A separate, brand new building was just recently completed and is located on the lot next door. All buildings are three stories tall and optionally climate controlled should this be your preference. Units sizes themselves range from 5'x5' up to 25'x20'. Security does not appear to be an issue as cameras cover every corner and padlocks or combination locks are equally useful. Beware: should you be late to pay the rent for your space you will find yourself locked out of your unit until a full...

Extra Space storage has dirty, dis functional, mediocre facilities and unhelpful staff. There were multiple times during our 13-month use of this facility that the elevator was broken and we were unable to access our unit. We saw no prorated amount or discounts applied to our bill during those times of extreme inconvenience. Also, the price had been raised multiple times during our brief period, to the point that I was paying more than 1.5 times the initial monthly cost I signed up for. When I asked a staff member for assistance and clarification regarding this, they offered no help, explanation or apology, instead promising to call me back within 1-2 days to see if they could rectify this issue (they never called). Avoid this facility...
