First off, I wanna say that this entire sports center is awesome. I wish in St. petersburg, we had something like this. This is a great mountain bike park. I would put it on the top of my list for Central Florida. If you're a newer mountain biker, there are plenty of trails to get your skills down. If you're a novice, yes, there are a lot of great trails that flow really well, and you can move it at a high speed. If you're at a higher level, there are black diamonds that you better know how to handle those very tech trails. Oh, yeah, one last thing, the jump trails are awesome. I would put it above Alafia or Bomboyett. I'm in my mid-fifties and getting back into mtb. In the pic, i'm getting my jumps and drops back down on my new...

Employee kicked us out and told us the park was closed for FEMA. Told us to come back at 6 to play disc golf. Yea buddy we have night vision. Thanks for the great advice. Walked for 2 miles from my house to get here. Now I have to walk back w/o playing a round. Do better Polk County Public Parks

Edit: Park still says Open if searched on google. They should probably give people some warning about it being closed besides a spray painted sign out front. Furthermore, if people are walking in the grass, how are they interfering with the trucks driving ON THE ROAD?!? Beyond...
