Happy House — Restaurant in Mulberry

My recent visit to Happy House left me feeling underwhelmed. Overall, the experience was just okay, and I probably won't be returning soon.

Here's what fell short:

Mediocre Food: The dishes I tried, like the chicken lo mein and fried rice, were bland and lacked flavor. The lo mein was skimpy on chicken, just overloaded with noodles. The fried rice wasn't much better, it wasn't the flavorful kind you expect at a Chinese restaurant, just plain white rice.

Unimpressive Service: The cashier wasn't particularly friendly, which didn't add to the overall dining experience.

Pricey for the Quality: Considering the quality of the food, the price seemed high. I felt like I didn't get good value for my money.

Unfortunately I had to rate this restaurant a WHOLE one because that's the lowest rating available. I just picked up a door dash order and the young lady at the front counter was extremely rude, unprofessional and simply put, nasty!! I'm so glad that this is not my food. I will never order from them and I wouid urge you not to. I walked in and politely told her who I was picking up an order for. She, with no politeness, gave no eye contact, dropped my customer's bag of food on the counter and turned away as if to go get something else. I asked, "Is this it"? She mumbled "yeah" and sat down. These business need to respect the fact that CUSTOMERS keep your doors open! She was a short young lady wearing glasses with a bob haircut. Customer service means everything! I also warned my customer about her attitude. ...

Horrible place. Ordered twice from there, first order was a simple order of sweet and sour chicken, tasted good but portions were a little small. Second time ordering placed a very large order but they gave me someone else's order with much less items. They refused to fix problem saying it was my fault, comparing the items I received with what I ordered they ripped me off for about $20. I would never go back and highly recommend that no else order from there unless you don't care if you don't get what you ordered and pay for stuff you don't receive. People there are rude and yell at you if you question anything...
