I wish there was a way to mark negative stars on reviews! Bouncin Bins demonstrates a consistent and pervasive serene disregard for their customers. I will never use them again and strongly urge extreme caution to anyone who does.
I entered into an agreement with Bouncin Bins in mid-March to have four, forty-foot inflatable obstacle course inflatables at my school’s field day on May 31, 2019, ready by 9:00 AM. I paid in full on March 15, 2019 trusting the previous reviews and company’s reputation. I communicated with the company leading up to the event to make sure that everything was ready. An employee, from Bouncin Bins, called to let me know that one of the forty-foot obstacle wasn’t available but that they’d upgrade me to a fifty foot inflatable obstacle…if I’d pay the $50 for an extra generator. I agreed. They told me to be at the school at 6:30 AM the day of the event.
I was at the school at 6:30 AM. The delivery drivers didn’t show up until 7:00. They had brought the wrong inflatables. They blamed the guys who loaded their trailer. The company called me and said they could get bounce houses to the school ASAP. I told them that the agreement was for four obstacle course inflatables to be set up by 9:00 AM. They did bring some inflatable obstacle courses but failed to be set up by 9:00 AM. They weren’t set up until 9:25! We were inside the gym trying to fill the time with kids anxious to get outside. It was terrible.
Once we got outside, the extra generator (that they told me I had to rent because they didn’t have the product I ordered) wasn’t strong enough to keep the inflatable inflated. It kept tripping a circuit breaker on the generator and causing the inflatable to deflate. I had to send an employee to his house to get his personal extension cord to correct the error of the company in not sending a powerful enough generator. Once my employee got back, the drivers magically remembered they did have an extension cord on the truck. By this point it was nearly 10:20. They did agree to waive the cost of the extra generator… really? That was all? I was beyond dumbfounded at the incompetent service provided by the Bouncin Bins.
I had been in touch multiple times with Bouncin Bins. The account manager said she’d have to talk to the warehouse manager. She had my personal cell number. She said she’d call me back. After four days of waiting, I called Bouncin Bins and had to recount the whole experience to another employee. About 6 hours later, the owner called. He agreed to refund half of the bill, if I agreed to give them another try next year. I agreed to that. He said he’d have the secretaries send me an email showing that this was going to happen. 24 hours later and I haven’t seen the email yet…waiting. I will update this review if the email and refund comes...

I hosted a corporate event with nearly 800 people, where the main attraction was an outdoor movie in the parking lot. Weeks in advance, someone (who I was told is the owner) came to our site to review the lighting and setup. I was assured everything would run smoothly. Based on their confidence, I trusted them to deliver.
The night before the event, I received a call saying the movie likely wouldn’t work due to it being too bright outside. I understand lighting can be an issue — but I was told it would be fine, and I assumed a company offering outdoor movie services would be equipped with a high-lumen projector to handle such conditions.
We played phone tag a few times, but when we finally connected, I emphasized that we were counting on this, and asked them to source a better projector if necessary. I was told, “We’ve got it, see you tomorrow.”
Event day: They arrived and began setting up. The screen was massive, and our team was excited. All the other inflatables worked great. But when I asked the team to test the movie, they refused and instead laid in the grass while the rest of the event was being prepped.
When it came time to start the movie, their entire attitude shifted. They were dismissive, rude, and even spoke negatively about us in Spanish, assuming we wouldn’t understand — but many of us are Spanish speakers.
To make things worse, they brought their family to the event who helped themselves to food, face painting, photo booths, and other services that were clearly paid for by our company, without permission. They even brought a dog, despite our strict no-animal policy due to allergies and cleanliness concerns.
As for the movie — it technically played, but no one could see it. Instead of solving the issue, the staff held up a sign in front of the projector that read “The projector is working,” as if that proved the service was being delivered.
I spent thousands of dollars and trusted this company based on the owner’s word. They have not returned my calls or texts since the event. The only positive part of this experience was working with Sandy during the initial booking process — she was helpful and professional.
Unfortunately, this event was a major letdown due to this vendor. 10/10 do not recommend. The lack of preparation, accountability, and basic professionalism left me feeling like this event — and my reputation — fell flat...
Read moreOn Friday I rented a water slide from Boucin Bins. I was very appreciative for their willingness to do a rental last minute. I had measured my space and ordered a slide that would fit in my area. I chose to pick up the slide and to return it. They needed me to be there within the hour to pick it up, so I was there as to not cause a problem. I waited for a little while when a gentleman came to the warehouse to assist me with my order. They initially could not locate the slide, after about 20 minutes they found it and then realized they could not lift it into my truck. They called someone and I had to wait for them to arrive to get it on my truck. From start to finish the pick up took about 1 hour. I arrived home, removed the slide from my truck and rolled it out in the designated space to be inflated in the morning. As we inflated the slide the following morning, it became very apparent that it was not going to fit in the designated space. Thinking I had made a error, I went back on the website to check the dimensions. Indeed, the slide I ordered was suppose to be 12 feet wide and the one we had measured in excess of 20 feet wide. I called Bouncin Bins and Michelle was very kind. We worked to resolve the issue and they brought out a new slide. Unfortunately our event started at 10:30 am and the new slide came after 3 pm. It did not appear that the slide had been sanitized as it had deflated water balloons on the inside. By time it was washed down and usable, we were able to enjoy it for about 3 hours. I decided to have them pick it up this morning and when I called, I was quoted $162.50 for them to do so. I asked if we could discuss that further since we had not had much time to utilize the slide. What I received in return was that she could not do anything about the mistake and that she was going to have to pay someone to come and get the slide plus mileage. These are all valid points, which I understand, and I was certainly ready to pay something to have the slide picked up. However, sadly I have now paid close to $600.00 for 3 hours of usage. Not sure I would use this...
