Azteca Market - Napa — Attraction in Napa

I am a customer they have definitely lost. I had a truly awful experience that left me feeling anxious and mistreated. While maneuvering one of their small carts through a narrow checkout line, my prepared nopales accidentally fell to the floor. I watched them drop, and the cashier was also watching, but I was still forced to pay for them. When I tried to grab a new container to replace the broken one, the cashier insisted I had to pay for the damaged item. I've never been made to pay for an accidentally dropped product in my life. The only reason I didn't just walk out in embarrassment was that my aunt is a regular customer here. After a back-and-forth, they reluctantly agreed to put the broken item in my bag. I spent nearly $200 in their store, yet they treated me with such a lack of compassion. ​The customer service was appalling; the staff was rude, talked amongst themselves, and acted as if I had intentionally thrown the product on the ground. This isn't surprising, as they're rarely friendly anyway. To make matters worse, when I got home, the broken nopales I was forced to pay for weren't even in my bag. Their lack of empathy and poor service was shocking, and it completely ruined my day. I understand it's a small business but being that they are a business they should have insurance to cover for these type of items, for customer service purposes. A small place but good quick take out lunch generous well prepared food nice staff they have some really good diced meat already seasoned that is pretty good. the only downfall is I bough some refried beans and they are hot most other stores use double container and single plastic bag that fits the container it self, this place gave them to me on a regular plastic bag and when I got home all I got was a bunch of refried beans on te grocery bag... I'm just glad I asked the girl to take out the guacamole and put it on a separate bag, otherwise I would have being muy very mad.. so i lost most of my refried beans due to a poor container please use singel clear bags for hot items in...

If could give 0 stars I would. The cleanliness here is so bad. I came here because my daughter wanted ice creams. I saw a Dutchbros drinks with a straw in it in the freezer with ice creams upfront next to the cash register. I thought it was someone random who did that. I didn’t want to get any ice creams anymore because of that and the straw was touching other ice creams. I later saw a worker there drinking it. It is absolutely insane that this is allowed here. All of the ice creams most likely got contaminated by the straw. I then went to ask for a small ammount of chicharon and the same worker was rude I did not want to buy a 10 pound bag.
