I'd like to give this store a zero rating. On the morning of Tuesday 1/4/21 we went to this Verizon store to order 4 new iPhone 13s for our family plan. The store had one person working and we were the first customer. As the morning continued, we worked with the Verizon person for about two hours while she also greeted customers entering the store and continued to answer numerous customer phone calls. The phone calls were really a big issue because they required her to answer several questions, take messages while writing down call back numbers. After about 2 hours we still didn't have "one" phone ordered! She finally told us that she was in training, which explained why she was not efficient at her job yet. We ended up walking out, with nothing ordered, when she asked us if she could take care of another customer because he only needed a liquid screen protected put on. She felt badly for the customer waiting, when she should have felt badly for us. We really wanted to order new phones and we completely wasted our morning! First, people in training should not be working by themselves. Second, I'm sorry that she was working alone, but my time is valuable too and she should not have been answering phones while she was helping us. Lastly, I'm sorry that other customers had to wait but we were first and our order should have been completed before she tried to help other customers. We will not be going back to this store. I said I thought it was time to upgrade my phone and I’d been receiving texts on that from Verizon with a great deal upon trading it in for a new 15. I left there very satisfied because he fixed my old phone that I use all day for my business. I went home and thought about how important my phone is to me and my business and decided I would set up an appt with Brett for a new phone. I was so impressed with Brett when I went back, the process was seamless. He had me pick my freebies that went along with the purchase of the phone, helped me with the color choices and a new cover for my phone too! He mentioned that Verizon could provide our internet service as well, we talked a little about that, and we’re going to go back and compare the costs on that as well. This location and wonderful staff seemed to have endless patience with my wife and I as we transferred and upgraded four devices, which took a lot longer than anyone expected. Having to take turns running back and forth with our two daughters on a Sunday, while dealing with all the nuances of switching our entire plan from T-Mobile to Verizon, actually ended up being a calm and pleasant experience! We felt guilty for such a long process and thought that we were a nuisance, but were constantly reassured that it wasn't a problem at all. The customer service alone convinced me that this switch was the right move.
