BIG EDIT: I am adding two more stars to my original 2-star review, but leaving the original here for you to read. I was contacted by the manager and was able to go back and try it again. This was a hugely positive experience through emails about my experience. I was given noticeably more food in my bowl than last time! However, it still did not fill me up. I do consider myself someone who eats a lot, so if you do as well, I would consider other Chipotle-similar options. Pic is from new review bowl with more food than last time.

Original review: While this place does indeed taste as good as people in the other review say, I will have to admit that their portions are absurdly small. For someone who tends to eat a lot of food, Chipotle is a great place because their portions are pretty large and filling for the price. This place, on the other hand, has some of the smallest portions I have ever seen in a Tex-Mex style restaurant. Over $3.50 to add meat is an insane concept. I came in hungry and left hungry. Ordered the Teriyaki and Bangkok bowls with added chicken. I personally recommend the Teriyaki bowl. We also ordered the Apple Farro salad, the dressing was a bit strong for my taste, but was still quite delicious. We also tried the Nutella milkshake and the limited time Autumn Gold smoothie, both were flavorful. I would order those again.

We ordered pickup on the website. The website was easy to navigate and I appreciated the pictures for all menu items. The food was prepared quickly, packaged neatly, and service members were kind and helpful.

The manager greeted me at the door, directed me to my food, and answered my questions. They made sure to leave a personal note to come to the counter to pickup the fresh smoothies, so they don’t sit out potentially melting. Super fresh!

So I got into the place, there is an amazing atmosphere, good music, not too loud, just perfect. The decoration is very elegant, wood tables and comfortable booth. The costumer service is very accurate. They have incredible and fresh food, that’s my favorite part. Now the crew is so kind and warm, ready to explain the menu. I had the chance to be welcome by Andrea Castillo, who served the food and the amounts are very decent. To have the best meal without feeling it was to much or maybe being hungry after I finished my plate. The team leader Marbelia offered me the app to get better chances to get to know the menu and receive points each purchase in order to get free food. I loved it. I will definitely be back!!!
