Smashburger — Restaurant in Naperville

The first two times I went to this location, I didn’t have any issues besides whatever system they’re using to get orders made & given to customers isn’t organized which causes delays in orders. The third time I went to this location about a month ago, my bf & I walked in about an hour or so before close. The man at the register - he wore glasses, short & heavy setting - was obviously annoyed at us when we walked in & said “We are just about to close but I guess I can still help you.” in a condescending tone. We were kind of confused but ordered anyway & shrugged it off. A couple more customers came in & the man was WAY more friendly to them than to us. I’m unsure if it’s because we are young, or minorities or if he was just annoyed with us in general but I didn’t appreciate the obvious difference in attitude. The fourth time I went to this location was about two days ago, their system for orders is still unorganized but the staff that day was definitely more friendly. My bf & I took our food to go, we got half way through our burgers & immediately started feeling stomach aches. It got worse throughout the night to the point where we were both running to the bathroom if you catch my drift. We were uneasy the rest of the day. I’m not sure what was wrong with our meals that day but I don’t think I’ll be back due to my last two...

I made an online order on 6/9/24 at 6:30 pm. The bag was taped with temper evident tape. When I see the tape, I assume the order was double checked by staff accordingly to the order specifications. My order was not made correctly, no condiments included, and no napkins. The large fries and large tator tots were only halfway full. The food itself was just sub par. They go overboard with the grease. I called exactly 9 times starting at 7:31 pm. Not a single answer. Please save your money and go across the street to "That Burger Joint" for better food and most importantly, better customer service. What a disappointment. For reference, I ordered one large smash fries, one large smash tator tots, two kids meals, one truffle single burger, one scorching crispy chicken sandwich, and a three-piece scorching hot chicken tenders. I did not get the chicken sandwich. The total came to $53.65.

Update: The director reached out and refunded my order. I truly appreciate the attention and rectified action. Not all would take the time to follow...

Fantastic Fast Food Experience!

I recently visited smashburger @ Naperville, IL and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and energetic. The vibrant decor and friendly staff immediately set a positive tone for my visit.

Speaking of the staff, the service was exceptional. They were attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to accommodate my preferences made me feel valued as a customer.

One of the highlights of my visit was the speed of service. Despite being a fast food restaurant, I was amazed at how quickly my order was prepared and served. This efficiency allowed me to enjoy my meal without any unnecessary delays.

Overall, I highly recommend this Smashburger to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a great atmosphere with excellent service. I will definitely be returning...
