Update: We decided to give this place a second go and had a way better experience this time. The kids enjoy it a lot.
Was excited to try this place. Visit got cut short due one of my children getting a nasty cut on the side of his finger tip in the ninja course. He was bleeding pretty bad and I was offered a bandaid. I know that is a liability thing to only offer band-aids, but his cut was not something you just slap a band-aid on without cleaning or applying something. When I asked for antiseptic I was told that’s all they could give. Again, I understand the WHY of it all but it just feels so ridiculous to not even have anything beyond a bandaid in a kid’s arena where accidents happen. I wasn’t asking them to apply anything I just wanted something I could to prevent infection before wrapping it. Luckily I keep a first aid kit in my car. I was told if I ended up going to a hospital I could be refunded- I was stunned that the fact that we had just gotten there and I was only being offered a refund should I need a hospital and not the fact that my child was just hurt on their equipment and our time was now being spent trying to clean his wound and dress it. I mentioned that and the clerk did agree that we could get a time extension or refund. My son said he wanted to continue so we stayed for a few extra minutes but decided to just go home and wait til he can be fully hands on with the experience. I only asked for a partial refund but they were nice enough to refund the full hour, minus the socks we were made to buy.
The place seemed Ike it would be fun, and I’m sure it is, we just did not get to enjoy it the way we intended to. I’d advise you to be prepared in the event something should happen to your kid cause nothing will be available for you...
Read moreUPDATE: Changing my rating from 2 to a 1. After deciding to cancel my membership, I was charged a $20 cancellation fee. STAY AWAY from this place! They are extremely shady in their business practices. There is a reason they don't show membership details online. They are going to extort you for as much money as possible up front and then right before you leave. Get a membership at the Nashville Zoo. It is a much better experience.
Nothing wrong with the facility itself, but the people don't seem to understand how customer service actually works. The activation fee, plus cost of the membership, plus $3 for socks, plus $3 per day for family members, the package starts to feel more like a deal with the devil than something that is of benefit for the entire family. Oh and I also hear debit cards are not accepted. Hope it doesn't turn out to be true. The "no outside food or drink" is nothing people haven't seen before, but it is rather unaccommodating when you are trying to take a food break before returning to jumping. But, assuming you left to eat, by the time you got back, your time would have expired. And the concessions only offers popcorn, Icees and other junk food. Maybe they don't understand it's the parents who are paying for their memberships. If they can't offer significant value for the entire family, then it may be time for us to seek entertainment and...
Read moreUpdate: Thank you for your response, but I think you are missing my point. My daughter did have trampoline safety socks on, not regular socks, they just didn't say Altitude. The issue is customer service and lack of up front communication about your policies at time of payment. Didn't mean to grab a pair of Urban Air socks, that's just what happened as I am a single parent trying to juggle everything in life and there is no grace for parents in this world anymore. But the recourse shouldn't be to tell a 5 year old they have to leave just because of a logo name. Guarantee all trampoline socks are more than likely made by the same manufacturer. That's all.
What's up with y'all staff picking on kids about their socks? My daughter has like 20 pairs of trampoline socks and just because we grabbed a pair that didn't say altitude on them you all were going to tell her to leave when I already paid for 2 hours? Don't be bully's in 2025. You need to remember how to treat people and not get so bent on a pair of socks due to the name on them. Need to keep in perspective how you treat kids and the image you are portraying. If it's that big of a deal, should have said something at time of payment and not upsetting my child halfway through her paid playtime. Don't be a greedy business, we need to do better...
