What a WONDERFUL addition to the neighborhood! I am LITERALLY obsessed with this place. 1) This was the first time I’ve ever done Cryotherapy before and I love it so much. I walk out of the chamber so thoroughly energized and relaxed. I also really like that they give you headphones so you can just jam out to some tunes. I’ve done it twice now and will certainly keep it up. 2) THE STAFF! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable…so truly helpful. In my first visit, I sat with the GM who was so empathetic to my health concerns and what I was looking to achieve… it’s clear that there was so much intention put into this place with a true desire to help improve the health and wellness of our community. Further, this is like the Cheers of wellness spas… EVERYONE KNOWS YOUR NAME! :) They did a wonderful job with hiring a great team that is committed to this mission. 3) Last, but certainly not least, the space is clean, vibrant and welcoming. I hope that this truly takes off so they can expand and add more machines/services!

I rarely leave reviews (really!) However, after only a few weeks, I must tell you…THANK GOODNESS icryo came to Nashville! A DEFIANT game changer in my life! I have spinal stenosis & need to keep my pain & inflammation consistently at bay. Cryotherapy (3 1/2 min) + whole body red light therapy (13 min) has become my golden ticket! Plus, I’m walking out under 20 min! With over the top improvements to becoming more active and definitely more pain-free. I’m still amazed each time i walk out. When i have an extra 30 min. LOVE their compression therapy air massage (lymphatic massage) or infrared-sauna. Plus i am looking forward to trying a few of the vitamin packed infused IVs. ONLY because I GREATLY appreciate their several qualified professional RN-Nurses on staff. (Not the typical young sales staff with overnight training) Everybody is beyond friendly & educated in their area. Its a joy to walk into there several times a week. I found iCRYO on Google when I was looking for a holistic approach to a knee injury from overexertion while training for a half marathon.

I was a “walk-in” on a Saturday and the staff was welcoming and informative across the board. On my first day I elected for the Cryo-therapy, compression and infrared light therapy bed. I walked in with a bad limp and a 7/10 pain. I walked out with a slight limp and a 4/10 pain.

These therapies / program options seem to rely and improve with repetitive use. Since joining in September, I train 4-5XS/ week, and 2XS/week I show up at iCRYO for therapy.
