All right, so here’s the deal. I’m only leaving a one-star review to give honest feedback and hopefully help this new business fix an issue that needs some attention. I fully plan to come back in a week or two and will gladly update this review if things improve.
We came in and were eventually seated, and at first everything seemed to be going smoothly. The staff was friendly, and they brought out some complimentary bread that was actually pretty good. After that, we placed our entrée orders and waited about 30 minutes. I knew they were a newer spot, so I was patient and figured if the food was great, the wait would be worth it.
Here’s where things went downhill. Our waitress came over and explained that they had miscalculated their inventory and didn’t have the ingredients to make what we ordered. She mentioned there were maybe two or three menu items still available, but none of them were what we wanted. She offered for us to come back another time and said she’d give us a discount if we did. It kind of felt like that was the option she was hoping we’d take. To her credit, she handled it very well and stayed kind and professional the whole time.
That said, we had already been there about an hour, were really hungry, and ended up having to leave and find food elsewhere. It was definitely inconvenient, but I think it’s fair to leave this review now to give other customers a heads up that this could happen to them until things get sorted out.
Overall, yes, we were inconvenienced, but we’re more than willing to give them another chance. I truly hope they can get their inventory and operations figured out soon because the potential is definitely there. I’ll be back in a week or so to give them another shot and will happily update this review if things...
Read moreNoosh is an amazing new addition to Nashville’s food scene. The restaurant is kept clean — you can see right into the stainless-steel kitchen where authentic Persian chefs grill the food fresh to order.
The owner is warm and welcoming and the food is very well prepared. I’ve been eating Persian food all my life and was too excited when I saw a new spot opening up in the city. They start you off with a fresh baked thin bread topped with sesame, paired with cheese, walnuts, and fresh herbs. My friend loved the Ghormeh Sabzi, and my chicken and koobideh combo was perfectly seasoned. We also enjoyed the Mast-o-Khi’yar (Cucumber Yoghurt), Shirazi salad, and their unique cocktails — the Persian Jewel and the Sassy Sumac (vodka based).
They have a seasonal soup called Ash Reshteh that wasn’t available yet, but we can’t wait to come back for it. We went with the Soup e Jo (Barley Soup) which was unique but in a good way. Dessert was a must — saffron ice cream and faloodeh were the perfect finish. My friend is new to Persian food and I love feeding people the food I grew up on so watching her try it and love it was enough to make me happy.

Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Persian Dining Experience! We just visited Noosh Persian Cuisine, and it was truly amazing! Every single dish was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Persian flavor. We especially loved the Fesenjoon, Kashk-e Bademjan, Barg Kabob, Koobideh Kabob, and the refreshing Persian Jewels mocktail — all perfectly prepared and bursting with taste!
Our server, Neema, was outstanding — attentive, kind, and meticulous with every detail. The atmosphere was elegant yet cozy, and it made our family dinner feel really special. The owner was also incredibly welcoming and attentive, personally coming to our table to make sure everything was perfect.
The restaurant has just opened, but everything already feels so polished and professional. We can’t wait to come back again — next time, I’m definitely trying the Rollet for dessert!
Highly recommended — a true gem for authentic...
