I have been a cyclist for the past 6 years and have a back injury from years working in emergency services. I found myself in a place where I was unhappy with my health and found it difficult to advance in cycling, specifically endurance and strength. Dr. Irv did a thorough assessment of my fitness and was able to set me up with Latina, who was a perfect match for my needs.
Latina somehow knows exactly how far to push me and what I need. When I need to be pushed beyond my limits, she shows me what I am truly capable of; when I need to heal, she puts me back together. She catches me every time I break form and try to cheat an exercise, and although constantly aware of my injuries, she never lets me use them as an excuse. Latina has also changed my way of approaching day to day movement, cycling and exercise. Thanks to her not only am I stronger, faster and healthier, but I have developed the mindset of an athlete (or at least I am starting to).

I had a hip replacement from a bad fall and I’ve struggled with tight hips, limited range of motion, bursitis and Arthritis. The layout of the large gym space is well-structured, and there is a wide range of machines and up-to-date equipment. There are also wide ranges of age, fitness, and ability levels of the clients. The locker room is large and private and provides amenities for showering and dressing. The gym is clean. The trainers are educated and professional. The staff is knowledgeable and committed to the success and health of the clients. My trainer, Irv, is patient and encouraging, and he creates a comfortable atmosphere that allows me to discuss my physical insecurities and flaws.
