i just moved out from there. generally to say, it is only OK to live there. not too far from vandy. however, i think i have to share some uncomfortable aspets which cannot be ignored.

first, during the summer time, it is often noisy outside in midnight, because some residents there would get together somking and talking and laughing loudly. and again, it often happened in 1 A.M. and probiblely just infront of the windows of your future home.

second, i reported that there was water going into my lamp chimney on the roof during this summer. they did come and have a look at. but they only told me that was roof leak and then left. i thought they would take a ladder bake and help make the water away. but they did not. the water keeps in the chimney and i will definitly rarely turn the light on because that would to so dangerous! what is worse, leake also happened from the swich. by the way, the location of the light i reffered above is nearby the center of the whole building. i dont want to talk any further on how much i suspected on the reliability of the apartment. PS, just next to the light, on the other side of the wall, my roomate's bathroom suffered even worse roof leak.

third, my experience told me never leave any meal in the bedroom. you know, sometimes you just foget to take the breakfast away. alright, if you still lazy to take the food away and leave it there overnight, then hundrads of ants would visit your bedroom via the air condition hole on the ground.

fourth, if you want to move in, you need to pay an administration fee for 400 dollars. even though you only need to pay that for only one time when you move in, i still think it is very expensive. and laundry fee is also higher compared with my friends' who live somewhere else.

fifth, swimming pool is small and always full of adults and children.
