UPDATE the owner reached out to me and gave me two bottles for the one bottle and told me that that was not their policy and he would take care of it and that that should’ve never happened. I understand mistakes happen. This is all I was asking in the beginning was for it to be returned and I’m so glad that he is taking care of the issue. I might add he was very friendly nice and very understanding.

I bought some juice for my vape when I got to work, the juice is dark dark yellow. I called them immediately and they refused to do anything about it. I have two other bottles are held it up to. I have been using the same vape juice for over 3 years and it has never been this color do not waste your money because a good vape shop would return this considering the fact that it’s over $20 I will never purchase anything in the store again I will wait till I get off work and go to the one by my home Save your money they do not back...

Underrated af… af af af. I’ve made this my go-to vape shop for over a year now and they have yet to let me down. The staff is so kind and friendly, exchanging names and such, among all hours, they are so sweet and humble. Honestly there has been a phase for sure yet they’ve always treated me with respect. There was a limited edition vape at one point that was no longer available and they were very patient dealing with me in my process of finding a new flavor. I stick to my ways so it was a process for sure!

Anyways…literally cannot recommend this place enough, Coco (don’t tell him you know his name 😝 it’s “Amin”), Chris, and Mark are such gentlemen and are beyond patient.

Some may argue that there are better product prices elsewhere in town but I heavily challenge that, you get what you pay for, and as indecisive as I may be at times, patience doesn’t have...

Hello Sam, I've been a long time customer of yours on 8th Ave store. I want to tell you that MIKE, that works in the 8th Ave store is a life saver when it comes to helping his customers. I was just in your store the other day and the person that helped me didn't know what the F... he was doing. He sold me some coils for my vape that was very, very the wrong ones and I told him that. He insisted they were right. Went back to Mike today and he got me the right things I needed. Please keep Mike at 8th Ave. HE'S THE BEST EMPLOYEE YOU GOT. HE'S VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMER...
