UPDATE the owner reached out to me and gave me two bottles for the one bottle and told me that that was not their policy and he would take care of it and that that should’ve never happened. I understand mistakes happen. This is all I was asking in the beginning was for it to be returned and I’m so glad that he is taking care of the issue. I might add he was very friendly nice and very understanding.
I bought some juice for my vape when I got to work, the juice is dark dark yellow. I called them immediately and they refused to do anything about it. I have two other bottles are held it up to. The staff is so kind and friendly, exchanging names and such, among all hours, they are so sweet and humble. Honestly there has been a phase for sure yet they’ve always treated me with respect. There was a limited edition vape at one point that was no longer available and they were very patient dealing with me in my process of finding a new flavor. I stick to my ways so it was a process for sure!
Anyways…literally cannot recommend this place enough, Coco (don’t tell him you know his name 😝 it’s “Amin”), Chris, and Mark are such gentlemen and are beyond patient.
