I want to preface my review with: I absolutely LOVE Chick Fil A and this is one of the few fast food joints I dine at. I have been to CFA headquarters, met San Cathy etc and am a HUGE fan of CFA. So to give this specific store a 1* review is purely because of the terrible service, lack of stewardship and the nonchalant attitude which is NOT the standard that CFA stands for.
I wish this was not the closest CFA store so I never have to deal with ordering here but unfortunately that's not the case. Every time I want to order I actually have to reconsider if it's worth my blood pressure if I should instead go to Sonic bcos Sonic just is ughhhh food quality but even the staff there is consistent with the Sonic brand.
The Drive Thru is worse than a nightmare. Nothing can be changed and whoever designed the flow needs to never design another drive through.
The menu board has items they do not offer and they let you buy stuff like Mac and Cheese as a premium side but have run out without giving a refund. The Frosted Lemonade is too tart and trying to change it out to a vanilla shake and you just get a Sorry we can't do that even though I paid and extra $3 upcharge for my meal... It is just so exhausting that I'd even consider eating at a McDonald's (even though I quit eating at McDonald's 20yrs ago) so that says a lot!
There's no clean table available since no one ever bothers to clean the outside dining area and there are no hand washing stations/restroom or wet towelettes provided.
Oh and check your order bcos there's a guarantee that they'll forget something... like the ice dream or kids toy etc. š¤¦
And forget about ever expecting a smile, Thank you, It's my pleasure etc which is what CFA takes pride to always offer since it is non existent in this location.

I wasn't used to the favorites being listed before nearby stores, and I don't use the Chick-fil-A app as much as I used to. A few days ago, I accidentally sent my order to the wrong location, and while that was my fault, the worker at that store was completely unsympathetic and offered no helpful tips on how to fix it. I had to figure out that I could cancel and resubmit the order on my own.
Fast forward to this weekāI finally sent my order to the right location. However, this experience was even worse. I accidentally selected carry-out instead of drive-thru, which really shouldn't have been a big deal. The lady at the counter didnāt seem to care about my mix-up and just told me to go to the pick-up counter. I waited there for 10 whole minutes, completely ignored. Just when I was about to ask for assistance, one of the workers peeked through the window to say goodbye and give out her Instagram handle, which felt so unprofessional.
When I finally got to the counter, I was ignored again, and another customer interrupted me to receive their order first. I then received only one drink, and when I mentioned my other items, the employee seemed confused and handed my order back to someone without explaining anything. I ended up waiting even longer for my food. After I finally put my food in the car to get my ice cream cones, I returned to see her standing there, still behind another customer, instead of just handing my order to me directly.
Overall, the unprofessional behavior from the staff was disappointing. From indifferent attitudes to poor communication, it felt like customer service was the last thing on their minds. Itās frustrating because the food is good, but the experience left much...

We order 2 of the 12 count with Large Fries, and Lemonade, spicy chicken combo (with only American cheese and pickles) fries and a Large Lemonade, then a regular chicken sandwich combo with fries and Large Lemonade (this is our normal order everytime)
Received our order sat at the outdoor table to enjoy, then saw that we only had 1 chicken sandwich the regular one. Went to the window to advise, and was asked to go get my receipts for proof. I Provided the proof of purchase, then was left standing there for a few minutes and a 2nd lady approached, and told me that I did not order a spicy chicken sandwich combo that IĀ order 2 regular chicken sandwich combos and they could ring up the spicy chicken sandwich combo. I looked at the receipt and said "oh, IĀ see"!
I advised that maybe the cashier misunderstood me,Ā either way,Ā I am still missing a chicken sandwich. I was told to hold one a moment, then the manger came to the window and was saying the exact same thing as the other 2 young ladies.Ā At that point I clearly advised that either way, I still paid for the chicken sandwich combo. The manger cut my off and asked if I received the fries and drink I said yes ma'am. She told me to go sit down and she will bring the sandwich out to me.
WOW!!!!! I felt like a puppy who was being disobedient and was told to go sit in the corner!!!
A young man brought the sandwich to me minutes later. He was very polite and also came back to check on us. He seemed very aware of the situation and my long wait time of begging for something I paid for!!!
