Pa Kou is so easy to work with. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she has superb customer service because her warm and accommodating personality makes you feel special.

She does alterations, but she made my wedding dress from scratch! Our situation was challenging because we lived in different cities so she only got to see me a few times for fitting. That wasn't an issue with her though. When I tried on my dress a couple of days before the wedding, it fit perfectly!

One of my bridesmaids overestimated and got a dress a size too big. In just a few minutes, Pa Kou was able to alter it with her nimble fingers. It fit my bridesmaid even better than the model on the site the dress was purchased on. Everyone was amazed!

The entire process was seamless - my dress fits me like a glove! Pa Kou is amazing person, she is very kind, very patient and very knowledgeable. When I show her my wedding dress, it was very big on me. She took off 6-8 inches on my dresses and this is just around my bust. My dress has so much designs and texture, as you can see the picture.
