Nail Passion, LLC — Attraction in Neenah

Been going here for a few months and I was ok with the service, however, my recent pedidone by male ownerwas not to my satisfaction and needed some attention, so I made an appointment to have it fixed. When I arrived the female owner looked at my toes I was having issues with and tried endlessly to convince me that all that was needed was some oil!! I mean I've been getting pedi's monthly for many years and no one knows what's needed better than me, yet she continued to argue with me to the point that I chose to leave and go elsewhere, which I did. When I arrived at another local salon and spoke to them about my experience the young man immediately took me to a chair where he proceeded to do EXACTLY what i knew needed to be done. He was experienced enough to see it. Long story short, I have found myself a new salon that does what's needed and doesn't argue with customers....and my toes are happy again! 🥰 also....it doesn't look to me like these people even read these reviews as there's no owner responses which is another negative I frown on for a business....how else can you know what needs improvement for your valuable clients and that they care about you keeping them in business

💥A follow up to the owners response to my original post..... This explanation you gave for the situation is laughable at best.... If you reread my post again, maybe you'll get the MAIN POINT being made this time my dear, which is that there was most certainly something that needed to be done....more than applying oil....and IT WAS DONE at the salon I went to when I left yours....it has absolutely NOTHING to do with my age or any of the other random excuses you listed!

I'm just thankful the universe used this situation to pull me over to a better, more qualified salon where they are knowledgeable about the safe technology and procedure to complete a proper pedi. If you have such big fears that prevent you from thisand clearly you.doperhaps consider returning to school for more updated training instead of making up excuses to the customer....💥 I don't enjoy giving negative reviews like this, but, as stated before, I've been getting monthly pedi's for over 20 years at several different salons and I know exactly what my toes need and NEVER have I had this kind of treatment at a salon....especially...

What a wonderful experience we had at Nail Passion. You constantly hear and see that service is not what it used to be. Based on such positive reviews, I scheduled a pedicure for my mother who is 93 years young. She has built up a few thoughts of service herself over the years so I was very hesitant to take her. She was overwhelmed with how kind and generous everyone was. They recognize her birthday in such a personal and loving way. We were impressed with the work they do and how they do it.
