Salon Enbrosia — Attraction in Neenah

Jess is amazing! I have been looking for someone for 2 years, many different salons and exactly 11 stylists later I finally found Jess at Salon Enbrosia. My hair looks amazing, the salon is calming, clean, relaxing, the women are wonderful and my hair is better than I any picture I could find! I got an inverted bob 2 years ago and the stylist left a few months later. I have been searching ever since. I would show a pictures, explain how short I wanted it but never looked close to what I wanted. I would always leave disappointed and miss out on that happy pleasure you get when leaving a salon. With my surgeons approval I scheduled an appointment. You have a clear understanding of injury massage. You helped align my shoulder on the bed so it was protected and worked gently on my injured arm and also my surrounding shoulder blade muscles. With the shoulder pain I didn’t realize how tight I was holding my whole upper body. I instantly felt relief. She has a nurturing way of massage. A shabby, dated salon with poor customer service. It is not as nice as other Aveda salons in the area. For example, bathroom hand towels are brown paper recycled ones one finds in gas stations and were just laying on the sink. I was quoted a price when I booked my appointment but was given a larger bill (for the same service I had been quoted). April did an ok job highlighting my hair but it was not what I wanted. She did offer to fix it if I came back another time, which was very nice. During my appointment, she answered more than a half a dozen customer calls so I guess this salon does not have a receptionist. I felt these interruptions prolonged my appointment and...
