St. Vincent de Paul Neenah-Menasha — Attraction in Neenah

I love thrift stores for the great deals that you can usually find at them, but this particular one was disappointing to say the least. So they have a ton of Christmas decorations and diningware and clothes, but when comparing prices for Christmas ornaments I was a bit shocked to find out that their prices were a bit higher than buying them new at Walmart. So we looked around at the other stuff and their clothes are priced quite high as well, for $2-$5 more you can get brand new jeans! However saying that they do have some extremely good deals also, their diningware and silverware, utensils, etc are very cheap. We found a nice gravy boat for $1 and a nice Thanksgiving platter for $1 also. Their children's toys are also very inexpensive. Last but not least their furniture is outrageously priced, $75 for a leather loveseat that was completely worn down and had holes everywhere! $65 for a recliner that was half broken and worn down. Overall it seems pretty hit...

I have volunteered at the Neenah St.Vincent DePaul since 2006! I love the friends I have met & made throughout the many years of volunteering there. The Managers,& service coordinators are great! They are an amazing staff of kind & caring Ppl. The store is loaded with just about everything from A- Z. My kids also volunteer there now too. The staff are so appreciative of all our work,& never go without thanking us for coming in. It's a great place to work, followed by a great group of staff,& volunteers!! They are always looking for volunteers too. I love the selection of items,& learning about the many things that I don't have no idea what they are. I get an education from customers and staff.More importantly,you are treated...

Prices are great but the check out lady was a mean old b!tch. Our cart was Full and we were slowly putting stuff on the counter to be wrang up so there would be room. But she wanted us to completely empty the whole cart before she did anything to make sure we weren't trying to steal anything!! Had a new born in my hands while having her snipe about wanting to make sure my cart is empty!! Then she gave attitude the whole time about having to then find all the price tags........
