Stopped in on Saturday and unfortunately I know I’ll never return. The store is so beyond outdated and well overdue for a renovation. When I arrive while yes my presents was acknowledged I waited about 5 minutes for the owner to come speak with me. While there I witnessed the business practices of the establishment first hand. A man came in looking to purchase baby’s breath for a photo shoot and asked about pricing. When shown and told the owner was unwilling to budge on price and even when the man asked if he could make a deal to purchase in bulk!! (Yes I’m aware that the business needs to make a profit and sell something at a higher price than what it was originally purchased for.) I just think it’s atrocious that the owner could not make one deal and who knows in the long run gotten future orders and customers from anyone who was involved with the photo shoot and seeing the business posted on social media when the pictures came out. I can’t see how this place is still in business (well it gets great business from the funeral home just a few yards away to keep the lights on and the door open) when there’s such rude customer service. If witnessing this customer interaction I can’t imagine how high school students are treated when ordering corsages and boutonnières for prom. G-forbid they are just a few bucks short I’m sure they are leaving without their order. If you have no need to go in there then just keep walking. If your loyal customer then good for you.    Read moreI wish Google would let me give less than one star. We ordered flowers to have delivered to my sister for her birthday, which is today. This was a local delivery, perhaps 12-15 minutes from the florist, at the most. My wife received a call this morning from a gentleman telling her that the order was 'canceled'. When she asked why, she was told it was 'a mistake with the website'. When she asked about getting our money refunded, the gentleman told her he would do it 'when he has time'. He also advised my wife that she may have to call him again on Monday to remind him to do the refund. This is horrendous customer service. Needless to say, we won't be back. Unless you want to ruin someone's birthday surprise flower delivery at the last minute, avoid this place...

I had made the arrangement for 2 weeks out originally. I needed them for the passing of his dog and unfortunately his dog passed away way sooner than expected. I had called after hours to see if I could get the date moved. He called me back (again this is after they were closed for the day) and said no problem we will have them delivered tomorrow. He was so nice and accommodating, and made no fuss about it. The arrangement came the next morning and they turned out gorgeous.
