RevTech — Attraction in New Bedford

Let me preference this by saying that I almost never do product/businesses reviews. Its not because I'm lazy but rather, most of the time the business or product performs as expected, how to you write a review about "average"? So if I do a review its because I think the business has gone above and beyond. That is how I feel about RevTech. RevTech worked on several computers for me as well as replacing the screen on my iPhone 6s. I have bought used laptops from them and all worked without problems.

RevTech's work is good, their prices are reasonable (unlike the big box stores) and one of the things I like most about RevTech: When you talk with them, in person or on the phone, you are speaking with the person servicing your computer. You are talking with the person that can answer your questions.

Supporting local businesses is important to the community. I've owned my own businesses so I know how important it is to have local support. The best way is to get local support is providing superior service but even more than that, treat your customers with respect. The customer/client is the most important part of any business. I can't recommend RevTech enough! I reached out to Lloyd after researching my options and he responded within a half hour! After sharing my issues, he offered a few recommendations for upgrading my custom built PC rather than replacing it, which was a huge relief and also really impressed me. There are some folks that would have recommended a replacement from the start, but even after I asked a few times to make sure I was making the right decision, he reassured me that I just needed a few additions. He was super quick to respond throughout the process and finished the work way ahead of what I was predicting. My PC is lightning fast now, successfully updated to Windows 11 and it got a fantastic video card upgrade. He addressed all of my concerns and I was up and running again in just a few days. Well, it all started when I tried to get my desktop computer fixed through the manufacturer. Between phone calls & having a tech come to my home, I was told that I had to send my computer to their service facility...not what I was hoping for. I was sharing our "story" with a friend and she highly recommended us to go & talk to the folks down at Rev-Tech. I'm glad I did.
