WARNING: NO REPAIR WARRANTY / REFUND POLICY! I went to get my phone screen repaired, and chose this place because it was the cheaper option (my first mistake). They looked at it, ordered the new screen with expedited shipping, and swapped the screen within 20 minutes once it arrived. The color was a little off, but otherwise I was happy with the service... However, within a few days, the screen started to flicker and go dark. I called them, and they informed me that there was no warranty / return policy although they didn't bother to mention this to me at any point (this is apparently at the bottom of the receipt: see image), but they were (thankfully) willing to swap the screen again for free. This took much longer since the expedited shipping I paid for was apparently only applicable to the first screen. Once this second screen arrived, it immediately failed before they even gave it back to me, and so the manager told me that they were going to order a third screen from another company. This again took much longer causing this whole process to take several weeks... When I went back for the repair this third time, and on my way out of the store the lady at the front desk mumbled something about how "I should be careful with the phone since the warranty is over" (as if I had somehow broken the second screen before they even gave the phone back to me!) but I didn't have the presence of mind to ask her what she meant since there was never any warranty! This third screen worked for about 30 minutes before beginning to fail. I immediately went back to the repair shop at which point the manager told me that it's probably something internal, like the motherboard or connections, but that he didn't have any means of diagnosing the problem. After assuming the problem was the motherboard (although he had no way of knowing for sure) he told me that they no longer make motherboards for my phone (a year old Moto Z4). It was also pretty clear at this point that they didn't want to have to deal with me anymore. So after sinking all that time and $115 in the repairs, I walked out with a broken phone. I tried multiple suggestions on Youtube that claimed to resolve the issue but none of them worked. I had resigned to using wireless charging that was not always convenient. One day last month I went to a repair shop in East Brunswick Mall to see if they could fix it. The owner said it was either the port or a chip in the phone (which was expensive) and could require leaving it for several days. I decided I would have to think about it. I was driving through New Brunswick on my way home and saw the sign for VIP Repair LLC and decided to pull over and stop in. They replaced the port in about 15 minutes which resolved the problem and for a price that was much less than the shop in East Brunswick quoted. I waited about a month to give a review just to make sure the warning didn’t come back but so far it continues to charge with the cable without a moisture warning. I wholeheartedly recommend VIP and definitely would go back to them if I have any repair needs...

I'm sorry, but it seems like you are making excuses for not being efficient and reliable. You assured me that the repair would be completed the next day because you receive orders daily, yet you admit that you forgot to add my part to the order, which was your mistake. Then, the next day, my part arrived late in the evening due to UPS delays, which you claim you have no control over. We never tried to discuss this issue yesterday.
