Town Players of New Canaan — Attraction in New Canaan

The Town Players of New Canaan is a little slice of theatrical heaven nestled in beautiful Waveny Park. The variety of shows is amazing, the acting is terrific, and lights, sound, costumes and sets are all done so professionally. It's great value for money to see a show here with family. My previous favorites are Rocket Girl, Ordinary People, Puffs, 12 Angry Men, Alice, Eurydice, and The Toxic Avenger, and now I've just seen The Shawshank Redemption, which was superb. This organization puts on Broadway quality shows in a historic and intimate theater. Several people I spoke to recently said the past three shows they saw there were better than ANY community theater they have been to in FL, NY, NJ and MA.
