A W Marina & Bait — Attraction in New London

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST !!! They take time to explain everything and give personal service !!! Cant find places like this anymore !! Last week I was stuck at work late and could not make it to the shop in time , I was supposed to be fishing early the following morning , and I needed lures !! I called them and they came down and re opened the shop after hours. I was shocked.. They also suggested some new lures , I ended up trying them and caught a 10 lb fresh water Bass !!!!! Biggest one yet !!! They are the ONLY bait shop I will give my business to , the service is outstanding and I would rather spend my money with a local business , you wont catch me in the fishing aisle at wal mart ever...

Need to have the hours of operation for your store online that would be helpful. Apparently I'm tying up peoples plans who work here today that's what I was told over the phone by them, I find that to be very rude. Never going here that's for sure, making me feel like I'm causing inconvenience. Don't treat customers that way it's absolutely...

Karen and the guys there are amazing. Karen is a huge part if the marina waterfront down there and she's always there to help such a great place great prices and 99.9999998 percent the time they have everything in stock. Just dont poach her moorings lol. Great prices in docking smaller center...
