The area is attractive with nice murals, some sculpture and seating. I look forward to revisiting on a Thursday and experiencing the full market in operation. It sounds like a really great idea.

Not very big selection at this location of the market. There's a few others at better times and with more space, so Google those if you care. Also, avoid the silly credit card fee (which lets you use a credit card to buy tokens that are accepted by all the vendors); it's like $5, so it's really not worth it in most cases. Just play it safe and bring cash, though some before vendors...

Best farmers market in the city. They have everything. Sweet & kind Vendors. Easy to get to on my bicycle on the Lafitte Greenway. Home grown produce is best for the body, soul & the economy!
