I don't know what happened. I used to visit religously every 4-5 weeks for several years. I followed Taray from 2 previous salons. The day I retired, I told her I was going to have to cut this luxury from my budget, and we bid farewell. Fast forward 5 years I visited this week with plans to reistablish my routine. I had no color in my hair for 9 weeks, so there was a lot of gray. I had booked for all over color, highlites and a new hair cut. She talked me into just one color and cleaned up my current hair style.  The process was odd, she put color on my roots, then when it was time to go to the sink she pulled and blended the dye down the length of my hair and let it process for 5 minutes before washing it out. I was not thrilled with the color, but whatever. Time to check out to find her prices went up 40% in 5 years, $180 for 1 color process and hair cut. And there is a 4% fee to use a credit card now. But my shock was to actually look at my hair the next morning when styling it. The gray is still showing! I had a good 2 inches of gray roots that you can still see, but now they look kind of silver. The hair on the side has streaks. I was going on vacation in 2 days and didn't have time to go back. I ran out for a DYI box and covered it. After 5 years there was no dialogue about life's happenings. She never was chatty but deff felt like I was taking up her time and her mind was elsewhere.  I am still out of town, but this has been weighing on me. I dont want anything in return, just...

Been coming here for a little over a 1.5yrs and couldn’t be happier! David is amazing and my hair has never looked better!! I’ve got thick, stick straight hair and in the past it’s taken a while for someone to learn how to cut/texture it well. Not here. The last person I had cutting my hair (this well) regularly, did so for 15yrs and David picked it up in no time flat.

Plus everyone here is so fun and welcoming. From Cindy up front to Maria when she washes my hair and massages my scalp. It’s a first class experience!! Cindy is awesome at working me into the schedule and letting me know if I really need to book a few haircuts ahead due to David going...

Been there about 4-5 times. Really great haircut by David, but the staff treats you like he/they do not want your business. I was treated like a nuisance from the first time I ever went there. Maybe it’s because I’m getting a simple men’s haircut and not an expensive color/cut combo, but they were always trying in different ways to discourage me from making an appointment. Oh, and if you cancel (I canceled once several hours in advance) they will charge you for the full price of the visit anyway. There is no profession where that is acceptable. It is not worth the being demeaned like they do just to...
