Mattress Discount House — Attraction in New Port Richey

So my husband and I wanted to buy a new mattress for our California King bed frame we just purchased and went shopping all over town at the different mattress outlets and we finally found Mattress Discount House in New Port Richey. We had the pleasure of meeting Eddie and I knew right away that I liked him because he was super friendly, engaging and very helpful. Not only did he know what he was talking about when it came to the different mattress brands and types, the comfort an firmness levels, but he was real and honest and just wanted to see us get the best mattress for us REGARDLESS of the price. We didn't buy the mattress that day but came back today, one week later, after we slept on it(no pun intended) because it is a big purchase. Eddie left such a good impression on us that we had to come back to his store. Hands down they have the cheapest prices in town, about 150$ cheaper for the exact same merchandise that they had everywhere else. Eddie even stayed late and waited for us to get there so we could buy our bed. I bought a king size Tempur-Pedic pro adapt medium hybrid. I was promised a really good box spring ,but when It was delivered it wasn't the one I was promised.The bate and switch. I did call them out and he told to bring them back he would exchange them ,but at that time everything was all set up . Also the bed was 2 inches to short instead of being 76x80 it was 74x80 . I called them up and got excuses instead of answers . However I was looking for another mattress for the other room. Since im just bought a bed there I figured let me see if they would like a repeat customer. Was looking at a lux breeze medium hybrid. Asking 2995 i asked them whats the best they can do and they told me that's it. But when I was buying my first bed they told me the can do better then 2995. Now the can . I told the sales person I can buy the same bed for 1500 2000 . He said no u cant and looked online . So I send him 3 to 4 listing of the same bed ...
