I love Burlington, it’s so slept on, they have great clothes, my jeans from here last for years, a lot of the clothes remind me of when I was a teenager which is a good thing in my case. But they have clothes for everyone! I love that they have the flare jeans with so many pockets, I carry a lot of stuff on me, they have such cute everything, cargo Jean shorts, bucket hats, sunglasses, socks, under garments, swim wear, shoes, kids clothes, decor, the other location is shut down for renovations but this one is closer to me anyways and more quiet. I just treated myself to sooo much, and Chloe was such a sweetheart and made my day. Read moreThe problem I had was the fitting room apparently closes 1 hour and 10 minutes before the store. I had a basket full of clothes and wasn't able to buy anything because the fitting room was closed. The wonderful fitting room attendant let me know she had just closed the fitting room and there was no convincing her to just let me try on the items. She did however let me know about the return policy (I'm not buying nearly $250 worth of clothes to return) which doesn't really matter as I will not be back. With all of discount retail stores near by, I don't need to ever step foot in Burlington again. Wonderful waste of an hour browsing your store to leave...
Read moreCashier messed up a transaction were he used and scanned my $25 reward no big deal, supervisor was going to "fixed it", that didn't happen, supervisor lie to me telling me he gave me a $24 discount when i realized that what he did was take those $24 out of my credit card. Unbelievable, I called Burlington credit card customer service and instead of better the situation they just don't care and said i was gonna get my $25 reward pack by the next following month.
