. This is my land lord of going on almost 2 years now for a place over by Maine street. We moved into one of his places and it was a wreck. Before even doing anywork to the place. The patches were very obvious. The paint was still in drops on the floor. The whole entire fluorescent light in the kitchen never worked. The covers for the lights were in pieces on the floor. The kitchen leaked. The bathroom leaked and was molded. The windows were just sitting in the fixtures with no caulking or weather strips. Leaking ac. Letting bugs in. No big deal. I do home renovations for a living. Fixed up the place. It's a cheap place. Take the blessing with the problems. Well. That's not where it stopped. The tenants next door immediately got friendly and started telling us they are moving. Tony is not a good landlord. They have been there for 2 years and they have mold growing in the bathrooms and a bad bug problem. As well as electric issues. They showed me literally mushrooms growing under the bathroom sink from water damage. The person who moved next to them was the girls parents. She's been here less then 6 months and is already moving out. Sorry for the rant. Long story short. This is a terrible landlord. He doesn't communicate at all with his tenants. He sends his daughter to deal with issues. We complained about the lights around a year ago. Still haven't gotten ana answer. I seen the "renevation" they did on the last unit when the neighbor moved out. They replaced the cabinet. And painted over the stained walls. And painted...
Read moreQuite possibly the greatest experience with any retailer's sales and service, new or used I have ever had. I bought a house in Spring Hill in March of 2018. I was too busy to shop for appliances and needed a washer. Two different friends of mine recommended Tony's. I called Tony's and asked them to deliver a washer the next day. They gave me a great price on a sight unseen Kenmore washer, delivery and hook up over the phone and did it the next day. On Christmas morning 2018 (Eight months later) I threw a load in and the spin cycle stopped working. Not a big problem. I called the next morning and a service guy showed up less than two hours later. He said the drum needed to be replaced, called Tony right then and Tony was on the phone with me saying "We will bring a new drum and can replace it tomorrow". They did. When Tony's Appliance says they will call in the morning between 8:00 and 9:00am they are not kidding. They are spot on professional and reliable. Because of the nature of the repair the service call fee was waved. The service repair man was professional, pleasant and on time both days and replaced that drum in a few short minutes. I cannot recommend this business enough and my friends say the same thing. The next time I need a large appliance, straight to...
Read moreI just had the technician Rick, from Tony's Appliance Repair, come in to repair my Samsung front loading washing machine. It would not spin out the water from the machine.. There could have been multiple reasons for this, including having to replace the pump. However, Rick went through the "process of elimination" BEFORE removing or replacing any parts.. As it turned out, I winded up having a Scott's scouring sponge stuck between the outflow and the pump, so the water was not able to drain from the machine properly to allow for the spin cycle.. Fortunately Rick was able to remove the sponge through the filter holder with needle nose plyers.. Wallah, machine was fixed!!. I would absolutely recommend Tony's Appliance for home appliance repairs to anyone.. Along with taking the time to do the most obvious before starting to take parts apart, and Rick being very knowledgeable about what he was doing, he also gave me great advice on how to better maintain my appliances and what products to use to do so.. So great job Rick, thank you so much.. And ladies and gents, I suggest that you watch the small sponges that you put in your washer because they can disappear just like socks do, we've never figured that one out yet...
