Went on a Wednesday 11am, parking is $17. SOLD OUT sign was placed at Zoo entrance for capacity. Also, admission is only available online. It was crowded, too many children & strollers. In CONGO GORILLA, it was a LONG line. In other areas by the animals, there was supervision to keep distance, but not in the CONGO Gorilla, families inside were in there gathered & no movement nor social distancing. No wonder there was a line outside. I went in and out, those people were still in there, recording the Gorillas. My children liked the Children Zoo, Nature Trek and Madagascar. There was no tigers, also (Giraffe) was closed. A bottle of soda or juice is $5, popcorn and pretzels as well. Alot of people brought from the outside.

I gave it a 4 star because customer service is awful and not much places to eat or buydrinks over all its an amazing experience we were able to see alot i do recommend to come early to enjoy the whole zoo Wednesday its it's based o. donations they do havea 10 dollar whole experience which just includes the 4 rides a good deal i guess

They did a great job it looks Amazing at night with the color light's.they have special Christmas drinks 6 dollar's worth it and lot's of goodies to eat and coffee hot chocolate etc.they also have show time for kid's so much to 👀 music all over also 🎠 was open today for the kid's to in joy.FAMILY FRIENDLY BRONX ZOO
