Cherry Valley Marketplace — Attraction in New York

I have been going there for yrs. Before they became c valley it was another shipping market there long ago in the 20 04 they were no good allso. I have notice when u come in early in the am around 2 or 4 they watch u like u are going to still something and they treat y like y are a thief besides your skin color. Allso thus man was un marked young guy I didn't pay no mind. But as u started moving toward the back. To get my stuff this young guy acted. Luke he was shopping allso I felt if I was on the watch. Out list has been happening to me for a long time. Now even last yr when I went there. To shop in the e am morring time the original security guard or manger name meigal megale I had a problem with him he was targeting me soon as I walked in I didn't notice. That he had a body camera on around his waist get started talking to. Provoke. Me. I told him. I said I don't want nothing from your. Store I loved here around here over 20 something. Yrs. Before u even opened this store and I notice that he had. The camera on him trying to show who ever. Was watching on the other end. My face than he started. Saying his family. Work. Hard while moving his waist to get a view of. My face. Ratheri say to. Provoke. Me I walked. Away the next morring I called the supervisor. And detailed. Him what. Has happen there while shipping this store is something else mostly Spanish. Or Mexican work there and all so there food is nit realley. Fresh sometime it be expired some one had told me this a couple of monthes. Ago there meat mostly there. Ice cream. Is very high now if u was u. U should shop at your. Own risk and when u enter. Not a great experience here unfortunately, I came here a few times and was never greeted myself and yesterday at Saturday 7/17 around 8pm i just didn't feel welcomed, This is the first time I came here with my family, What bothers me the most is that they take their time literally watching you like a hawk! , As if i stolen here before it was so weird! The manager i never seen him before the one with the Glasses Kept Watching and pasting as we was just Shopping, No hello or any form of standard customer service If your going to look at someone for so long mind as well say hi, am i right? I had my whole basket filled with stuff, Maybe their not used to customers getting a lot of stuff?, IDK maybe my family is so special to look at? I'm not sure what the problem is but all I'm saying is its 2021 and this place better get their act together. So my family checks out to the middle cashier and the cashier that was behind us the one that wasn't even taking care of us, was facing my mother in a very unprofessional way and kept staring at us in a very erie and strange way it gave me the creeps and im not even joking. Shopping in store is the best way to go with Cherry Valley in Ozone Park. I have been doing phone orders and have my groceries delivered to me since January 2018. Recently, they have been asking for email orders. This was the worst decision ever! The girls that places the orders do not get back to you and are very rude. I emailed an order at 9am. I had to call a hour after to see if they received my order. They confirmed. I did not get a confirmation until 12pm. The girl said the delivery guy would be leaving the store in 15 min. I waited until 2pm and the groceries were not here. I called and cancelled. Intried ordering again another time and the attitude of the workers were outrageous. NEVER GETTING BUSINESS FROM ME OR OTHERS THAT I'VE RECOMMENDED...
