Stay away!! The staff is incompetent, they do not care or don't know what customer service is, the food is salty and heavy on condiments. It is not worth the long wait. Take your hunger and money somewhere that values your business.

The person who took my order (El Abogado) did not communicate to the kitchen my order correctly. I had ordered a Quipe and asked for it before the food came out because I was hungry. He told me that I would have to wait as they had to bring it up from the basement. Instead of doing his job, he went to the back and started eating his own food. When I approached the counter, I could see they were finishing my order and it was wrong. El Abogado finally came back from his mini lunch break and started to pack my order. I informed him that the order was wrong but he assured me that it was correct. When he finished packing the order, he realized that he had forgotten to order the quipe and said I would have to wait an extra 5 minute. I asked him to remove it from my order and for a refund. When I get to the table, I open the order and I see that it's wrong. I take it to the counter and explain yet again what I want. You would think that given the fact they had screw up my order, they would prioritize it and try to get it out quickly. Instead, they put it to the side and kept working on new orders. For a business in the food industry, they seem to not understand that their customers are hungry. Been coming to this spot for 3 years. Hate the service but it’s the only spot open late. Only reason why they have customers, if someone opened up another spot with slightly better service they would be out of business trust me. Today when I went I left with less money than I came in with and that wasn’t because of what money I spent there. I was robbed. Never in my life have I gone to eat somewhere where the people steal from you. The worker thought he was so slick asking about my personal life, I thought it was weird, he never tried to make conversation before so why now. That was the distraction. He took the money while I was on my phone. I already felt like an outsider because I’m not Hispanic but seriously. I actually know Spanish too so I knew they were gossiping and calling me names in Spanish. Pitiful. When I asked him about it he suggested I threw the MONEY out with my food. I’ll go straight to point the food from here is trash, anything you order will be recooked , reheated food all the time . Theres not a single thing in the menu that would taste good their meat are bland no flavor at all , their tostones always taste reheated or dipped in oil , their meat either taste spoiled or is reheated , their chimi is disgusting they do not toast the bread they serve more cabbage than anything else. Very messy presentation with the food , costumer service is mediocre no one in that place cares about serving costumer they will serve you anything they have ready to go i guess they care more about speed rather than food quality and efficiency, i guess whoever manages the place don’t care either because this place has gone down hill and is just worst every-time.
