I only give this place one star as I have to pick one star in order to leave this review. I have always used JFK airport parking facilities with no problem when I using this airport . I wish I would have done my research and looked at these reviews. However, I booked this through a website that advertises parking for $9.99 a day. The website does not mention this facility. It mentions a different name. The ratings for the other website are five star ratings, therefore I was under the impression this is what I would be getting. Upon looking at the address where I had gone I saw these one star reviews and figured that I was not alone. I had paid $150 for parking. I arrived 3 hours before my flight was to leave as they advertised shuttle service to the airport. When I arrive there the attendant signaled me to come in. I parked inside and was waiting to come outside with my family and be shuttle to the airport, however, I will surprised to hear that there were no parking spots available and the lot was full. I explained to the attendant that I have already paid for 15 days of parking and showed him my receipt with the confirmed reservation. He did not seem to care and told me the lot was full and that I can go to an alternate site. I went to this alternate site and there was no parking lot at the address he provided me with. I had no choice but to go to JFK and park in the long-term parking section and barely made my flight something very difficult. When you are traveling with and autistic child. Arriving at that lot, the lot attendant was extremely unprofessional and rude. Charged an extra $50 for a small SUV no wider or longer than a sedan, just taller. When informing him I paid an extra day and that should cover it, he said if we don't ay, we can't park here. It was now getting close to the time we needed to be at the airport with a half hour or more elapsing since we arrived at the lot listed on the reservation. He said the shuttle would be arriving to pick us up in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we were told there was a lot of traffic due to construction and the shuttle was on the way. At this point we were very concerned we would miss our flight if we waited for the shuttle. I walked to the road and looked to my left and I saw the terminal for the air train. We took the short walk to the air train and arrived at our gate with only 1/2 hour till boarding. We certainly wouldn't have made our flight waiting for the shuttle. On our return back we took the air train and walked to the lot. No one was there. We called the number on the ticket and were told to knock on the window. We knocked on the window on the building but were told the lot attendant was sleeping in his car and to knock on the car window. We had no idea which car window. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, DOUBLE CHARGED US, LOST OUR CAR, AND ALSO SCRATCHED OUR CAR. Original review: Truly awful. On the way in, the shuttle took so long to arrive that we were at risk of missing out flight, in spite of leaving with plenty of extra time. On our trip home, the attendants couldn't find our car and then just disappeared without saying anything. I was standing in the dark and in the rain with my 8-month-old infant for a half hour after midnight while they tried to locate it. When they finally found it (because I used my key to locate it, which I would have done sooner if they had communicated the problem), it was wedged in behind 3 cars and took a while to get out. Not what you want after a 6-hour flight. My husband and I also weren't able to find a phone number anywhere to get the shuttle or to even call this place and had to take a taxi from the airport. It turns it it's only on that one slip of yellow paper they give you when you first pay and then NOWHERE TO BE FOUND, no matter how you search the Internet or ask anyone at the airport.
