Jamaica Delicatessen Food — Restaurant in New York

I used to order from here a lot and loved their cuban sandwich but, today I don't know what happened. Not sure if they hired a new chef or had a new owner but this is by far the worse sandwich i have ever got.

The sandwiches from here used to be full and delicious and got what we paid for. This time my coworkers and I were extremely disappointed with the portions. the number of fries that came with the sandwiches can be counted with less than 10 fingers and the sandwich itself looked like as if the business no longer cares about their quality...

Very disappointed with New Castle Deli. Been going here for the past year and screwed up my breakfast order a few times. The staff should listen when taking a order over the phone....... I need to find a better place to get breakfast now. I've been here a couple times and recently I noticed that the place might be under new management. Very friendly staff, place seems cleaner. I highly recommend their buffalo chicken.
