New Butterfly Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

I'm from Brooklyn and i just moved into the area in the other day I was really hungry so I want to order the food from "butterfly II" location in the proportion was very small for a lot of money.. the customer service is VERY bad, over the phone and in person.. The Man Behind the register put a lady food on a plate she said she didn't want to eat it inside so he put the food inside a container and toss the container at her with no bag spoon fork or no napkins. And as I'm paying for my order he said oh you don't have the rest of the money while I was digging for the rest snatch the Food Bag I walked out he call me back saying okay okay and gave me the Food 4 Less in the price. The portion of food they gave you is for like a toddler not for adults.. I will not be bringing business back to the store never no time soon in these people that do not speak English or understand English who want to operate shop in our neighborhoods and treat us like dirt when we the PEOPLE that bring you money. WE WORK SUPER HARD TO GET AND WE JUST WANTED TO rewarded with a good meal. Stay positive! Ohh if you're you're allergic to anything be sure to let them know so they won't cook your food in...

First of all whatever everyone is saying in the reviews about how rude these people are it’s 100% true hence why people should not spend their money here they don’t care about you they just want your money and can’t even be courteous .

This is one of the dirtiest places that you can ever order your Chinese from locally I would recommend you going to any other place besides them the food isn’t that good and the customer service is even worse I am horrified from the most recent experience that I had with this delivery driver, who insisted on taking a tip that I did not allow him to have If you want to deal with rude, nasty Chinese people handling your food, then yes, order from these disrespectful that don’t even take the time tender, loving care to make you decent food. My family and I were very loyal customers over the years but the last time we ordered they missed an item which isn't a big deal I called back and told them what we were missing. The man on the phone argued with me saying I didn't say I wanted that even though my family heard me specifically say that one item. When the delivery man came back to deliver the missing item I was met with disrespect and an attitude. He accused me of not answering the phone (which i did but he kept hanging up), he shook the food in front of me to signal to me that I would have to walk to the gate if I wanted the item, he opened the gate and left that gate open storming off on me mid sentence when I was trying to tell him I did pick up the phone. therefore we will take our...
