Community Worship Center Seventh-day Adventist Church — Attraction in New York

Visited here for the for the first time today. Looked and felt like a very worldly church by my standards. When scripture is read congregation does not stand, neither for the offering. Praise and worship was a show and songs were of the world with extremely repetative lyrics no substance. This church lacks real spirutuality, it was definetly full of the conterfit. I will not be returning. The the church is beautiful with nice air conditioning confortable pews and members dressed with their Saturday best but the Lords...

It's a wonderful place of worship.. the ushers are inviting, courteous and respectful, the atmosphere is reverent and worshippers are free to worship in the beauty of holiness!

Parking is easy to find, if the parking lot of the church in the rear is full, there is parking available on the side street.

I recommend this place of worship to anyone who seeks to be blessed in the presence of God whether through the spoken word or in music!

Go ye therefore...

I felt very welcomed before I entered the building. From the parking lot members smiled and were welcoming. I truly felt a calm spirit once I entered the place. I’ve been missing gentleness and just simple uninhibited kindness when entering a church, the Community Worship Center did that for me...for us, so I’ll be visiting more often. My daughter even said, “Mommy I like it here”, which was a shock to me. I’m looking for a new church home, hopefully...
