JFK Long Term Parking Inc. — Attraction in New York

I spent a long time looking for parking near JFK and after much deliberation decided on JFK Long Term Parking to leave our car when we went on a 10+ day trip. A few days after I made the reservation, I realized I had made a mistake on the pickup date, so I called and this was corrected quickly and I got a follow-up email with the new price. Dropping off our car was quick and painless. The place is well staffed and the professionalism made me feel comfortable leaving the car there. The shuttle took us to our terminal right away. On return, I called once we got our checked bags and was given clear directions on where to go to wait for the shuttle which was already en route. We only had to wait about 3 minutes to be picked up. Our car was waiting for us when we got back and checkout was courteous and easy. I went back in once I examined the receipt a little closer and the guy at the desk patiently went over it with me. I forgot that we were gone 10 nights plus 3 hours or so, so that bumped us to 11 days, bummer. But we did get a free day (1 free for every 7 days). Bottom line: the place is run well, the car was fine, and the price, while not a bargain exactly, was fair. I will definitely use JFK Long Term...

My husband and I have used this company at LaGuardia before and it was a dream. Highly recommend NOT using at JFK. From our most recent experience the attendant working the front desk was incredibly rude to the point of picking a fight with myself and my husband after asking a question about picking up our car and timing. He then began to rattle off a slew of commentary about all these fees we would be hit with. We called later and got a customer service representative who kindly and comprehensively explained what the attendant could not. Upon landing it took 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive — much longer than our experience at LaGuardia and pushed us further into trafficked hours driving back into Manhattan. I have to assume it’s because the lot is considerably further away from the airport compared to others we’ve parked at before. We will definitely book with another company at JFK in the future. When the tow finally happened, they even arranged a ride for us to a nearby hotel.
