Pizza Port — Restaurant in New York

My husband and I had a 6 hour layover at JFK airport and didn't want to travel too far but wanted to explore outside of the airport a little. We got a short Uber ride over (about $12) I got the shrimp scampi and hubby got the lasagna. The pizza looked delicious but we didn't get any. We sat on the patio and drank beers ($3.75) and enjoyed the weather and atmosphere. There was a ton of people coming in and out so we assumed it was a popular place in the community. A police officer stopped on his way in and mentioned how delicious our food looked. Another wished us Happy Mother's Day. The staff was very freindly, when i went to dump my tray a gentleman folding boxes offered to take my tray. I went to the restroom that was clean (It was a single restroom but just fine for what I needed it for) When I came back to the patio table, the gentleman that had taken my tray had boxed up the remaining pasta and bread I had left on my plate to go. It was very thoughtful and unexpected. With Shrimp scampi, Lasagna, and 6 bottles our beer our check was $54 and it was delicious. I will be going again if I ever find myself in the big...

I visited Pizza Port 1 on 10/2/2021, I am from Texas. I am rating this restaurant 3 stars for the following reasons. The restrooms are super dirty, the owner has to keep in mind they only have 1 restroom; they need to maintain it clean females use it as well. The customer services was excellent, the young man in the register spoke spanish. Which that was very good, made me feel comfortable. The young man recommend the penne past with grilled chicken. OMG, the flavor was amazing, it was freshly made. I love it! The pizza 🍕slice was okay, I asked for it with jalapeños. I ended taking them off because the jalapeños were just pilled up with semi melted cheese. They could have spread the jalapeños out. The buffalo roll was very good in flavor, it had a nice spicy kick to it. Overall, my experience was 👍🆗️, I spent 30.00 dollars. would go back only for the pasta. Hopefully the owner reads my post and follow up with the cleaningness of the restaurant, remember keep it clean for the out of town customers. But, I guess I experience eating in a hood of...

I made a purchase from this restaurant & the service was disgusting. The customer service I received from John was the worst. The delivery guy was nice on both occasions however John who answered the phone his attitude was very dismissive and a lot of passive aggressiveness.

They messed up my order 2 Buffalo pin wheel, 1 beef patty and 2 drinks for me and my daughter to be delivered.

After 45 minutes of waiting I received my meal and instead of my 2 pin wheels I received something else. I called to tell the worker John to notify them that there was a mistake and he went on to argue with me saying that's what I ordered and if I ordered the right thing the first time I wouldn't have to have this conversation. He also told me he couldn't stay on the phone to listen my complaint because he was very busy & had customers on hold.

That behavior from Pizza Port showed me that they don't value their customers & I'll never order from them again.
