JUNCTION FURNITURE & MATTRESS — Attraction in New York

I used my Shopify credits to purchase an end table from Junction furniture, one of Shopify’s authorized stores. I contacted Junction Furniture to find out when my item would ship and they said they are no longer fulfilling online orders even though they remain a vendor of Shopify. They also still have an active website. I notified Shopify, and they said I had to wait until May 25, 2023 (30 days from my purchase) and I would automatically receive my Shopify credits back. See Shopify’s response on May 12, 2023; “When the authorization has expired, all funds used on the order will be returned. This would be approx May 25th because the order was placed on April 25th.” Please let me know if you have any questions! Best, Mike | Shop Support team. After May 25 I never received credits back and I have submitted five Shopify support tickets and have not received a response. There is no way to contact Shopify directly via chat or phone. I have contacted Junction Furniture and they will not cancel my order or return my phone calls. I don’t know...

This is our first time visiting Junction furniture store and we love the collection that they have stored in their store. My mom was looking for a bedroom chest that has good capacity. We were just looking around and a guy named Abdull came up to us and showed us their collections. He seems such a nice guy and answered all our questions. He helped us find the one that we were looking for. It was very nice of him to give us at a reasonable price.. my mom end up getting a queen size bed, mattress, and the bedroom chest. Surprisingly we got 2 free pillows and a mattress protector. Got it delivered and they also assembled it to where we wanted the furniture to be. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are so nice to you and attending to you when you’re buying something but the minute something goes wrong they barely offer you help. I got a vanity on November 1 and it literally broke the next day. The drawers were literally falling apart and all the guy had to say was that it’s my fault that I put to much stuff in it. That is not true at all because my drawers were barely Half full and anything I had in there were used almost finished products. Ontop of that they were so shady and didn’t even give me an invoice and never once stated no returns. This is completely unprofessional and they just steal ur money. So don’t be fooled with them being nice. Just buy the same thing online that they...
