Kidz Fun Palace — Attraction in New York

I went on a Saturday the place was so overcrowded,only one person attending on the counter , long time to get in so while kids are playing adults don't watch their kids and they looking at their phones sitting under the hallways hidden and when try to get to the trampoline the way is blocked because of the people sitting or even laying down others sitting on the little stairs to get in to the toddlers playground people sitting on every corner and around the balls pool making difficult to kids get in or get out ,the Machines are supposed to give tickets when play and at the end you can get a prize but only one or two give tickets its ,there's no A/C place to hot inside ! Bathrooms dirty and I don't see any staff people supervising they were only focused on their party room leaving unattended the...

took my 19 months old toddler to this place few days ago for the first time and will definitely also be my last.. the place was overly crowded, not so clean. They were playing the nursery rhyme on tv and the noise was too loud. Kids were watching the tv more than playing with the toys. It smelled very weird like pee and poop all over the place. You have to park the strollers outside which is so not safe. No lockers to put your stuff, they give you a garbage bag to put it in. How cheap can a place get. The employees there were cleaning while the kids were playing and one parent told me that apparently one kid peed. As soon as i heard that, i left.. Very disappointed!! I would not recommend this...

i love the place. but would never come back. it looks ok when we first came in. but if you will look you will realize how dirty it is. my kids enjoyed playing by the beans area. and also they love to play by yhe ball pit. but i saw one child around 7-9 years old, she was a bit big girl. her shorts is wet looks like she pee somewhere or i dont know if its her sweat or something. and i see her seating down with all the balls in the pit and on the edges the kids are climbing crawling. it made my stomch upset took my kids out right away and gave them a deep bath once were home. i cant believe...
