Ocean Breeze Fishing Pier — Attraction in New York

This pier is an absolutely beautiful place—ideal for fishing, relaxing, and enjoying time with family. I had the chance to watch people fishing and catching fish of all sizes—it was both exciting and calming to witness.

The entire area is extremely well-maintained and clean, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The weather was perfect during my visit, with a refreshing breeze coming off the water and stunning views in every direction. Located just 1.7 miles south of the Verazzano Narrows Bridge you’ll find this fishing pier. It’s on Capodanno Boulevard located about halfway down the boardwalk.

The pier offers numerous benches to sit, fishing pole holders, some shade at the end of the pier and 2 cleaning and fileting stations with running water!

The view of Brooklyn and the bridge are beautiful! A great place to fish or just sit and enjoy the fresh air and watch the ocean liners pass by as they head out to the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

An easy 5* Star Pizzaman tourist...

1st time visiting this part of the island given as most new Yorkers rarely or ever visit staten island. Pier is a decent length there several benches to sit and take in the great views of the bridge and the NY bay. It's a very popular place if you enjoy fishing. Only draw back atleast to me is that there aren't any benches at the very end of the pier where the gazebo is located. Overall a great spot to visit while visiting this...
