i literally just came out this place is nothing like before , lack of customer service , i decided to go in after having the mean craving of some peachwave , as i og in there was no greeting , they had a whole conversation amongs themselves , i decided to head to the cups , serve the yogurt i wanted , got all the toppings and as i was checking out , i handed the lady $6 cash so i can pay the rest on my card and she ended up holding on my cash and charging EVERYTHING ON MY CARD , then she said that i didnt tell her i was gonnna pay the rest on the card , so why would i have given you my cash first ? for me didnt make sense , then her coworker ask me if i had a problem i said yes i handed her the cash and she charge everything on the card , i feel i didnt have to tell her anythinbg and her at that moment she had to do customer service and ask me , not all customers will tell you how they want to pay unless you ask . taking cash and charging everything on the card . crazy how they didn tclearly read this i gave the lady my cash first so she can take the payment but I HAVE TO TELL THEM is split ,? ijkus called customner service the girl could have askd me if i was doing split playment not evverytime the customer gonna tell you what they gonna do , not just assume that because i hand them cash before my card does that mean to charge it all in my...

Oct 3,2023 I visited multiple stores running errands with my service dog with no issues (Target, Bay Plaza Mall, Starbucks). At around 7:30pm I decided to invite my sister and nephew to eat some froyo. When we entered this store Immediately employee Gabriel yelled at me "no dogs allowed!" I told him it is a service dog. He told me I had to show him proof or leave. The ADA prohibits people/businesses from asking to see documentation proving an animal is a service dog. This is Illegal! He had me wait outside while my sister and nephew ordered. Ridiculous. Unfortunately I will not be back. This is my first time ever having this issue. Seems the gelato is always watery. Only EVER one dairy free option. Now the cups are kept behind the counter and someone has to hand one to the customer (guess the customers are becoming more disgusting and unhygienic).
And today there was a whole piece of orange red hair and in my sprinkles. Couldnāt have been mine bc once you hand over the cup for Toppings, it stays with them until payment. Obviously came from Whomever was on sprinkle refill duty. It was sticking straight up out of the sprinkles.
