The location in Brooklyn 617 Flatbush Ave are total scammers. Before checking the website to get an estimate i walked in there and the person making the decision isn’t the person you speak to. I had an iPhone 12 pro max in mint condition and the dude on the phone offered me $175 + an extra $5 if you leave a review. So i went on the website at the location and it was $200 the guy on the phone was like well i already offered you $175 and you accepted it. I said i didn’t accept anything. Then he tried to offer me $180 + the review bonus. I literally had to sit there and fight and argued for 20 mins before the guy on the phone honored the price i was quoted plus the $5. I called before I went I told him the make and model of my phone and it was locked . The young kid told me he had to contact his boss , he said he would take it.
