Last week, we needed a return trip home from a friend's house. At one point, the operator claimed the driver was three minutes away, and she said earlier that he would call when he had arrived. Some minutes later, the operator claimed the driver was outside, but we never saw his car outside. We called the operator, who then called the driver, and the driver claimed he stopped at an an address on 146 Street, when we were at 176 Street. The driver claimed he had shown up and waited five minutes for us, but we found no evidence of that, and when we asked for another driver, the operator was rude and refused to send a car....

The car service is good and I never had any complaints until I was picked up this past Friday. I was with my 86year old aunt, she had a walker. The driver did not get out of his car, nor assist with the walker as I was puting my aunt in the car.
