PLEASE BE AWARE THERE ARE THIEFS STEALING PRODUCTS OUT OF SHIPMENTS…….the past 2 months 3 times high value goods I’ve been sending to the uk have been getting stolen once they reach this LOCATION.So I started using tiny trackers and I would hide 1 in the product and put 1 in the box.i would be watching the packages movement and 1 tag would get separated in this building.So for example 2 days ago the empty package got delivered to the uk 1 tracker was still in the box but the 2nd tracker was dumped in queens.Im now putting in small camera device so as soon as someone opens this I will get a picture of there face.Once I catch the thief I’m taking the video and all the evidence I’ve gathered to the media.How can a secured USPS ICS have people who are stealing international shipments?Unless the management are in in it aswl?Out of my last 4 shipments to the uk 3 have been stolen the package is being opened with a blade nice and neatly and then being taped up neatly. I’ve been speaking to a post master and they are opening an investigation.When I’m dropping these packages to the post office in the states the weight of the package gets recoded,once they are reaching the location country the weight of the box has reduced significantly this is what the post master has realized so far.haven’t had a issue with anything traveling to any other European country as I send E-comm to Spain,Italy,France and the uk plus a couple other Euro countries.Im having this issue with all the uk packages.all of a sudden the past 4/5 months I’ve had a total of 9 packages been emptied and stolen I’ve had 6 packages stolen from this location and the other 3 have reached Newark airport and they are getting stolen there?I don’t know if thief’s are just targeting UK flights but anyone using USPS and sending to the UK be very wary of what you send.Anything of any value will be stolen.I would give minus...
Read moreWent there a month ago and got a passport renewal form.checked the sign on the wall that stated passport hours including (Saturday open-12pm) filled out the form at home and returned a month later on a Saturday at 10:30am only to be told by the only rep working that they do not have Saturday hours nor did they ever have any to begin with.thats a lie.my mom saw the same sign at the same time.pleAse tell me we’re both unable to read a simple message.i didn’t argue with the woman.i just bought the money order for the application, went to a photo studio and took out the pictures then went to another post office to mail the application package.upon arriving at the 195street linden Blvd location the employees were helpful.they pointed out that I have been misinformed and the application I filled out expired December 2016,stating that if I did send the application it wouldn’t be processed properly.i then had to re buy a money order and refill another application.im thankful the woman at the counter was plesant and helpful.this is my 4th time going to the jfk express center and the passport center employee is not helpful or even plesant to begin with.if you ask a question she answers it with an attitude.very unprofessional.im paying for a service and she’s getting paid to do her job.that facility in the whole needs proper management starting with staffing and general application maintenance since they are handing out forms that expired 2+ years ago.what a disaster and waste of a day.i hope they get their act together and start giving people the service they’re paying for.i would give “0” stars but that’s not...

I placed an order with a supplier from China which was sent in 2 parts, one day apart. 1 of the packages was routed through here and within 2 days was marked as insufficient address and returned to China!!!! Both packages had the same address on them which I received evidence of from the supplier. And the other package that did not pass through this facility was delivered with no trouble at all. I live in the Caribbean so apart from the inconvenience of not receiving my package I was inconvenienced financially since I placed several calls to USPS trying to resolve. My case is still open two months later, I have received no feedback and consumer relations cannot assist even after I have emailed them proof of the address from the supplier. They requested a picture showing the address on the shipping label on the box that was returned and the supplier was able to provide. I also have to pay additional to the supplier to have my package re shipped. Very poor USPS. I have just seen that the reshipped package has reached your facility again and can only pray that the efficiency at your office...
